Handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces aren’t just meant for the day to day. We love nothing more than to work with brides to create custom earrings for their memorable day. After designing earrings for brides, bridesmaids and loved ones, we have had the opportunity in having our art captured in photos that last a lifetime.
It’s all in the details.
The purpose of this guide is to help draw inspiration from other brides that I had the pleasure and honor of working with in 2023- whether it be by way of jewelry designs they selected, or vendors that you just haven’t secured as of yet- let’s do this together and make your most memorable day, what it’s meant to be: memorable.
This guide is FREE to all who may need it.

I highly recommend inquiring at least 1 year out before your big day, however, if you are tying the knot in the fall, it’s recommended that you inquire sooner rather than later! Fall weddings are the busiest for clay & oak and we want to make sure you make the cut!
After inquiring I will follow up with an introduction message via e-mail to confirm that I received your inquiry and general information surrounding your wedding day. After that you will hear from me within the following increments:
-1 year prior to the event: just to check-in and see if there are any crucial details that you have collected that may help with the design process (ex. Bridesmaid dress/colors, location, your dress, floral color, etc).
-6 months prior to the event: confirming material preference (gold, silver or rose gold) to ensure materials are together prior to the 2 month mark.
-2 months prior to the event: creation begins! We will be in touch from start to finish and go through all of your wants/needs within your pieces before they are shipped off to you.
All pieces will be delivered at least 1 month prior to the event, unless requested within the inquiry stages.
Starting in 2023, all wedding inquiries will require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All deposits will go towards the final order.
We love having fun with our orders, so we welcome all ideas for your jewelry! So far we have created earrings (of course), bracelets, necklaces and cufflinks.
There is not! We understand that all weddings are different and unique in their own way, so whether you decide to order 1 pair or 20 pairs, we’re happy and extremely honored to create them for you.
